LAURA BRAGG
I am the Lead Litigation Paralegal at Braden Blumenstiel Legal Advocates Group. I have worked with Braden since December 2022. My job is to assist Braden and our clients with the more complex and demanding aspects of litigation, such as helping clients answer discovery requests, reviewing and summarizing case evidence, and helping draft demands for our clients. My typical workday consists of drafting discovery requests, analyzing case-related evidence, and doing whatever is necessary to ensure our cases are handled as efficiently as possible so we maximize the results we achieve for our clients.
I've worked at a few other large law firms in the Columbus area, and that experience has prepared me well for this position. I've handled personal injury, probate, estate, domestic litigation and many other types of cases. Before becoming a paralegal, I actually studied ancient history and anthropology! I even have a tattoo in hieroglyphics.
My favorite part of my job is working with clients and analyzing our cases because it makes me feel good to actively participate in the process that helps protect individuals and their families when they have beeen injured or are facing serious legal challenges. As a paralegal at Braden Blumenstiel Legal Advocates Group, I meet people when something bad has happened and they need help. I am very grateful my job affords me the opportunity to have a direct and tangible impact on our clients so their lives improve as a result of my efforts.
When I'm not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and son. I'm a very family-oriented person and want to make sure that I'm always doing the best I can for my family.
