SHELLY BLUMENSTIEL
I am the Operations Manager and Lead Personal Injury Paralegal at Braden Blumenstiel Legal Advocates Group, LLC. I have worked with Braden since January 2023. As an Operations Manager, I help keep our cases on schedule by managing the teams responsible for each case. As a Paralegal, my job is to assist Braden with reviewing and summarizing case evidence, to help draft demands for personal injury and vaccine act cases, and many other day-to-day activities involved in personal injury and vaccine act litigation.
In my former life, I was a Business Analyst, so my favorite part of my job is analyzing our cases and digging out details. These details can make a big difference in the outcome of a case and have a major impact on our clients' lives. By navigating the complexities of their cases, I work to restore a sense of balance and justice for our clients. I believe every injured individual deserves an advocate who is invested in their recovery and can help them achieve the favorable outcomes they need to move forward with their lives.
When I'm not at work, I love to spend time with my husband, son and daughter. Both children play lacrosse and soccer which keeps us very busy. When I'm not driving the kids around, I enjoy hiking and taking fitness classes.
